Privacy

Effective October 8, 2026. Deedlore LLC ("Deedlore") operates deedlore.com.

Counts. To see how the site is used, we keep daily counts of page opens, searches, checkout starts and the website that sent the visitor. These counts do not include your address, IP address, email or any other personal information.

What we collect. If you sign up for monthly plan updates, we collect the email address you send us. Our signup form is processed by Formspree, a third-party service that delivers your email to us. Our hosting provider may also log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure.

Payments and reports. When you buy a report, the payment page is operated by Stripe. Stripe collects your email address, payment details and any billing details you enter, under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a payment was made for a particular address, and the email you gave at checkout so we can answer questions and issue refunds. We do not receive or store your full card number. We also keep the address you searched and, if you buy a report pack, the addresses you use it on, and we may log your IP address briefly to limit automated use of the service and keep it secure.

How we use it. We use your email only to tell you when Deedlore opens and to answer your message. We do not sell your email address.

Your choices. Write to hello@deedlore.com to ask us to delete your email or stop contacting you.

Changes. We will post any updates to this page.

Additional fee requests

When you pay for an owner, tax or lien request, the email address you give at checkout is used to send you the results and to answer questions about the request. On the request form you may also give your name, phone number, the parcel number and a note. We use them only to complete your request and to answer questions about it. The address you searched is kept with the payment record so we can complete it.
